• A:Answer Not likely. You will need to remove your existing in-dash CD player to install the Pioneer NEX. The Pioneer has several input options including an aux input that may be connected to a CD player externally. If your CD player can output sound on an "aux" line it might work assuming you have a way to power on the CD player (batteries).

• A:Answer Your best bet is to get a wire harness specifically designed for your car that is compatible with the Pioneer NEX. You may have to call Pioneer's customer support to be sure. The Pioneer has a receptacle for camera input but I don't believe that is what you are asking for. It sounds like you want the camera views you get with your vehicle to show up on the Pioneer NEX. That definitely requires an adapter harness specific for your vehicle but I would still call Pioneer customer service before you spend the money.
