Hello Pioneer Customer! Thank you for reaching out to us. The Pioneer DMH‑342EX is a Digital Media Receiver, which means it does not include a built‑in SiriusXM tuner. Because of that, your existing XM subscription cannot transfer directly to this radio on its own. If you would like to continue using your SiriusXM service in your 2016 Kia Forte, you would need to add the SiriusXM SXV300 tuner. Once that tuner is installed and activated, your current XM subscription can be transferred to the new radio through SiriusXM. Poojitha | Pioneer Support
