“Will I still be able to to watch dvds on my double din screens , I have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade esv with a back up camera. I will love to have this as long as everything works properly”

The Pioneer DMH-WC6600NEX does not play CD's or DVD's. I recommend to talk to a Best Buy sales associate for installation information for your vehicle and the video screen support.
