It does have several options for dealing with this. It has a "Loudness Management" mode that is useful for listening at lower volumes, depending on the source format (Dolby Digital Plus or TrueHD, for example). Also, it has some Tone adjustments; one that can boost dialog at all volumes, or another that will increase the volume of the center channel, which helps boost dialog as well.
