“I have the Bose cube and subwoofer surround. Everything is hooked up as per specs, but I cannot get sound from the front right speaker. When I do the sound calibration, sound for the right speaker is coming from the subwoofer. I'm stumped.”

Cannot be sure but it sounds Ike the plug for the RF and sub are reversed. Reverse the plugs between them and see if that helps. Of course you've probably already thought of that but hope it helps.
