No. But if you bought it at Best Buy and you get the geek squad protection. They will replace it for free!

Hello Carl, all of our Bluetooth headsets (including the Explorer 505) come with built-in rechargeable batteries. These batteries are not user replaceable, but if the product's battery fails within the warranty period we can replace that unit.
