The headset must be paired to a device before it will work. Press and hold the call control button until you see the light flash red and blue. Bluetooth should be activated on your device and searching for new devices.

If they are not pairing, please ensure the unit is in pairing mode: power on the earpiece, then press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. Your earpiece should be detected under your phone's Bluetooth settings.
