Hi! You can pair your Explorer 505, by setting it in pairing mode. To do so: Power-on the earpiece, then press and hold the call button for 6-8 seconds until LED flashes red and blue repeatedly. This means the earpiece is in pairing mode. Then enable Bluetooth on your iPhone 11 and you should see the device listed as available. Select to pair.
