I believe that would depend more on the features of your phone and not the headset. Check your phone's voice command features in your user guide and it should explain how to use voice commands. The Plantronics 505 headset is just a hands free extension of your phones microphone. Hope this helps.

I have been using this device for about a month and a half now. I doubt that it can do that. Moreover, it is a great and useful device.

The voice dialing feature depends on the device your headset is connected to, but most voice assistants are able to dial numbers as well as contacts that you have saved on your phone.
