“When a call comes in what is heard in the earpiece? I'm looking for a headset that will actually let you hear the specific phones ringtones and notifications so I can tell who is calling and texting.”

• No it doesn't tell you who is calling, but it does tell you a call is coming in.

• If you have already set up your phone with individualized ringtones, that is what you will hear through the earpiece.
