• Whereas the Jabron I had was too quiet, this has substantial volume. I rarely use max. Not needed unless the road noise level is high.

• It will likely serve your needs then. It is loud and I usually keep the volume turned to lowest unless I'm driving and window is down. That's about the only time I turn volume up.

• The volume can be adjusted quite high. I've had to turn it down sometimes.

• The volume is quite high and should be enough to allow you to hear your callers clearly even while driving or in noisy environments like malls or restaurants.
