“My computer shows that it's connected. My settings show that it's connected. My sound board shows that it's connected, but when I try to turn them on I hear "Power On, Battery High, Headset Not Connected" and I have no sound going through them.”

Hi Deba! This means you need to pair the headset to the base by holding the power switch until the LED flashes red and blue, and do the same with the pairing button on the receiver until you hear it is paired.
