I know these come with Dolby atmos but as you all know not a lot of games support that so does that mean for the many games that don't support atmos the headset defaults to stereo sound? null

If you bought these for Xbox, you have Atmos post with upscaling for non Atmos media. Just make sure you have the Atmos app downloaded and check your settings to validate. Superb sound range and dynamics with this setup!

I play Minecraft and COD with these.
I don't know if they support Atmos sound, but if they don't you wouldn't know it. I still get a true 3D surround sound with this headset. Even watching TV.
