• It has at least 5 links you can take out. It comes with a kit to do it yourself. So it should get pretty small. My wrist is average and I only took out one.

• I have a very small wrist as well, and have had no issues with this. There are plenty of links that can be removed. It fits my wrist very well.

• I had to adjust st for my friend and was able to take 3 links from either side which is pretty small.

• I’m not sure but you can remove links to size it to the user. It was easy to remove several links so it fit my wife comfortably.
