“I need a longer hdmi cable / connection to be able to place the unit in the middle of my TV as instructed. The HDMI cable provided is too short but it also says to only use it and not others. Please help. Do they sell one or is there a trusted brand?”

you can buy any HDMI cable it will work with it. i did buy a much longer one myself as well
