Google it, I had the same issue and it was a setting on the ps4 and or the tv that needed to be switched

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your receiver does not support HDCP 2.2, it will break the HDR functionality between the TV and PS4 Pro. I have the B6P model and had the same issue, but was due for a receiver upgrade anyway. Check out the Sony STR-DN1080.
