Absolutely... It will walk you right through it during set up and works great... You will plug an ethernet cable to link both units to transfer all data..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are multiple ways to transfer your save files. If you are a ps plus member you can upload your saves. If not then back up your saves on a flash drive or portable hard drive. If you have a LAN cable you can transfer straight between systems by hook in them both up and following the directions. Go to playstations website for more info on how to do each of these things
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Upload them via the cloud and just download them later
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yea you can either back them up to the cloud if you have ps plus or save them to an external hard drive. What I did was hooked both systems to my router and transferred that way via an Ethernet cable. 340gb took about two hours to transfer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think developers MIGHT be able to lock saves to a console, like with PS3 games (it's obnoxious!) and in that case you wouldn't be able to transfer them...although you might still be able to transfer them by uploading them to Sony's servers with the + service. Most games though you should just be able to copy the saves to an external drive, then copy them back on the new system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can transfer everything in your current ps4 to the ps4 pro by connecting them via an Ethernet cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just copy them to an external drive of some sort and copy them back. Alternatively I think you can copy them to PSN and back if you're a + subscriber.
