How many 4k blurays do you own or plan on owning? I game primarily on the XB1 but i needed a PS4 to experience their exclusives.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was never advertised nor sold as a 4K blu-ray player. Main reason being that most people use their PS4 for gaming or streaming video from Hulu/Netflix and other online streaming services. A very low % of owners actually use it as a blu-ray player. I, myself have never ever put a disc into my PS4. I stream only be content and buy all my games digitally, like that fact that I don't have to swap discs to play games. Also 4K streaming coming soon. So if you want to play 4K blu-rays stick with Xbox, no ones forcing you to buy a PS4.

The system is very quiet and the UI runs smoother, has and extra gig of regular ram and a 1 terabyte hard drive. Easily worth the extra hundred dollars that it cost over the slim model if your in the market for a PS4 and even worth buying as an upgrade.

Save yourself the $100 on the unit and get an Xbox One S.... they all play about the same game titles anyways and you'll save yourself $400 from having to purchase a stand alone 4K Blu-ray player. It's all about making smart choices.
