• Yes you can still pay with regular ps4 players. There is not an advantage of having the pro vs ps4 as far as multi player, graphically wise yes there is a difference.

• Yes and vice versa. It's just a PS4 with upgraded hardware, it'll play all your PS4 games and allow you to talk and play with your friends that are still on the regular PS4 too.
