• Yep. In terms of accessories they're identical. The Pro has 2x the GPU hardware + the GPU, CPU, and RAM are all faster.

• Yes, hardware-side the only difference is the upgraded graphic card and higher hard drive and wifi signal. But everything else will be compatible with everything the PS4 has (including all games).
