Yes. The one for the PS3 is called the sharp shooter. The Aim controller is the PS4 version. I wish it came with the retractable stock and reload option that the sharp shooter had, but it's still a great controller.

Yes it is. It works with Farpoint and Doom VFR so far that I know of. It makes them both far better games.
