• This does not need a separate power supply. You should check the website for your current motherboard to see if this card is supported. I put this on a h55m-ud2h motherboard with no problems.

• It should work with your motherboard and yes, you do need to connect it to your power supply (cables are included)

• Not sure about the motherboard but you will need two separate 6 pin connectors from you psu. I would recommend a 500 watt minimum psu. Hope that helps.
