Yes, but you have to play about half way through the game before being able to. After that , you can transfer Pokemon from Go into Let's Go and then into Pokemon Home aswell.

You just need to make it to Fuscia city (pretty late in the story of let’s go) you cannot move Pokémon from let’s go to Pokémon go.

That is where I am trying to reach. I have several friends that have successfully done it. When you do you get a mystery box that you can “recharge” every 7 days that spawns meltans for 30 minutes for you.
