“I’m having issues syncing the subwoofer to the sound bar is the green light supposed to stay on in the back because it’s flashing I’m thinking maybe i blew the cord? I just purchased today from Best Buy in Federal Way Washington”

If the light is blinking the subwoofer is not paired. I believe the correct sequince to reset the pairing is to press and hold down the button on the back of the spearker for a long time - like 30 seconds or more. Then on the bar, press and hold the power, source and volume plus buttons at the same time for at least 30 seconds. This worked for me and the bar and speaker have remained paired since I performed the factory reset. Hope this helps.
