Why can't I hook up to bluetooth null

Once your soundbar is powered on, simply press the buetooth button on either your remote or soundbar until you see a blue light flashing. That means it’s in pairing mode, and now you’ll need to head over to the Bluetooth section of the device you’re trying to pair it to, and look for a new device called Signa S2. That should connect you over to bluetooth
