• Same thing sound bar doesn't stay connected. Everytime we turn it on we have to go to settings. Why is that.?

• Hello Paula, Make sure both you optical and HDMI cable are connected to the TV. Also check the TV network settings to make sure that the signal is strong. If you are connecting it WIFI, make sure your box has no interference.
