• The sub is preprogrammed to the bar so you just have to plug it in. There's a few settings to change on the TV if you don't have an optical audio out, but it's real easy. It took me about a min once I had every thing plugged in, which took me about two mins just because I had to get behind my TV.

• Pretty easy set up with either the provided HDMI or Optical cable. Did have to re sync the sound bar and subwoofer but the instructions are clear and made it super simple.
