“I got a Polk signa s2 and got it all set up and working, then about a day and a half later it stopped working. Everything is all set up the same but now my tv says that in the hdmi(arc) output is unknown even when the sound bar is on. Any suggestions?”

• Does your tv have arc? If not then connect through optical if still having the problem then return it

• Try unplugging power cord on tv for a few seconds and plug it back in. If still not working try same with sound bar power cord.

• Try unplugging your tv for 1 min and plug it back in the outlet it worked for me and my tv was samsung curve
