• You need to pair the controllers using the console. I had difficulty syncing the second controller and had to get help using YouTube but I was able to sync the controller. The second one has to be logged in as if you log yourself in but you can use Guest mode to do that. Once I log the second controller in, then I can play 2-person games. Hope this helps you.
