Yes it will. But to make your controller work in windows PC you need to install DS4 for Windows. Otherwise the controller wont work wireless or not.

Yes, it does work when you conect it to a Pc I connect my DualShock 4 to my PC with it and I'm able to play games on clients like Steam, Ubisoft Connect, Epic Games, and EA App. It works very well, specially if the games have good controller support. I have a SteeSeries headset and it also works for changing it. Hope this answer works, have a good one!
