“Every time I’m done getting water more water comes out from the dispenser. I’ll go push the button, fill up my cup, then stop and bursts of water will come out every 2-4 seconds and like 3-5 times.”

Good Afternoon, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Below are a few troubleshooting tips to assist in resolving this matter: The leaking sounds like the unit is overflowing. On most bottom loaders, there is a hole that allows excess water to escape from the cold water reservoir if the pump is sending too much water. If the video doesn’t help, the unit may have a failed sensor, in which case you would need to contact customer service to do further troubleshooting.
