Our top-loading water dispenser broke. It's been leaking for the past few months and now, we have water damage to the walls. I came across this water dispenser while searching for it in Amazon. Luckily, I saw the same thing and bought it at BB online store. This bottom-loading water dispenser will save your back in the long run. No need to carry 5 gallon water to put it in place. Just plug the tube and you're all set. Very convenient. It also has, hot, cold and room temp water to choose from. It has On and Off switch for the hot and cold water. I really like this feature because we don't use the cold water so, having the On/Off switch is really good. It also has a night light with On/Off switch in case you need it. The bottom-load already sealed the deal for me but the 3 water choices was an added bonus! The only thing is, I'm not sure if this is an energy-saver furniture. It doesn't have the energy-saver logo. But it is a must-buy IMHO. Good luck.

After using the rental cooler from Poland spring for the past 5 years and now this I can tell you there is no comparison to the Primo. Very easy to use you don't have to worry about it splashing all over your wall when you put a new water on. You Just open The bottom up pull out the old one put the tube in the new one and then close it. The hot is great and do is the cool and colder settings.

I absolutely love this water cooler. The bottom loading feature was what sold me on it. It has two levels of cold and a hot option. It looks wonderful and fits nicely in a corner. Would Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a water cooler .

Very slim and well shaped, this fits well in most places in my kitchen. The fact that it's bottom loading means i don't have to risk hurting my back getting a 5gallon jug on top of it without spilling. I also eat a lot of ramen so the fact that it gives hot water is a plus! comes out super hot.

I have had this dispenser for about half a year and have no complaints. Has a night light, steaming hot and very cold water, not noisy. The only thing I can see improved is the speed the water is dispensed, it could be a little faster, but not a deal breaker. It also looks nice!

This water cooler is easy to set up and has some nice features for a relatively basic product. Bottom loading makes it much easier, we have been able to turn off the hot water feature for the safety of our kids, and it gets the water very cold. Our only complaint is that it can be pretty noisy.

bought my first unit online from BBB and the unit was dead on arrival. Just the pump worked, the hot and cold functions did not work. Immediately packed it back up and returned it to the store. I read a lot of bad reviews online on this product looks like it's a 50-50 chance of making it past the first year. I bought a new unit with an extended warranty and Best Buy's immediate exchange or return policy makes it worth a try. Most website offers extended warranty after the manufacturer warranty expires and its still a pain to get it shipped back and forth during the manufacturer warranty. Bestbuys warranty starts from day and it's less hassle as I can return it to the store for full refund. Will see how far this unit survives.

The look of this water cooler is so much better than the top loading ones, fits our style in our kitchen well. I also like loading the water tank from the bottom and not having to lift it on top. The down side is that it's a bit noisy when the compressor turns on and when the pump activates to fill the cooler tank. We've only had the cooler for a month, so I can't speak to the durability. Overall, it's a good looking cooler.

A needed upgrade. What I like about this one is now my teens kids can refill the water dispenser easier and no more lifting. Also like the hot water just right. What I don't like is the water that is leftover I mean yeah you can do something about it but that a bit of water the is left. Kinda loud when the hot water is heating up.

Ice cold and very hot water. It would be nice if it dispensed room temp water too, but it is great for what we need. The bottom loading feature is great too.

This is a great product i bought it in 2021 and have not had any issues the water is super cold and i love that you can have the hot water turned on or off definitely would buy again

I didn't want the old-fashioned upside-down water cooler for my office, so I took a chance on this, but worried in the back of my head that the mechanism that draws the water up would be cheap and it wouldn't last. I happy my worries were unfounded and I'm extremely happy with the purchase. The mechanism that draws the water up is a sturdy long straw that goes to the bottom of the water container and clamps securely to the top of the container. The unit is durable (I accidentally slammed a desk into it while I was moving and absolutely nothing happened to the unit). The cooler is also stylish, quiet, and cranks out ice cold water and hot water in short order. There's also a nightlight that illuminates the tray/spout area. Initial setup takes maybe 3 minutes. I would recommend this product to anyone.

It looks sleek and you don't have to lift any heavy bottles, no flipping of bottles and spilling water all over! I couldn't be happier, when the bottle is empty just about all the water is taken from bottle via pump...so there is no fuss.

Keeps water cold, functional, not noisy, attractive design

I saw alot of weird reviews before i bought this product about noisy and broken out of box, i dont see any problems and its not loud, there are switches for hot and cold water to turn on which i guess if you leave on too long probably would be noisy or break it so if you treat it well it will treat u well.

My parents needed a water dispenser and I went bestbuy online to find a good quality one. My parents also uses the water dispenser for cooking and watering house plants. This primo water dispenser is loaded from the bottom for easy setup each time. The clean is also very easy by removing the top cover. It doesn't make much noise and it keeps the water hot or cold. It's the best investment and money well spent.

nice looking and extremely simple to use. love the fact the container is hidden. SAVINGS LOTS OF MONEY & HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT NOW THAT I DON'T BUY SO MANY WATER BOTTLES.

This water cooler is nice and sleek. Goes well with everything. I really like that I will no longer have spilt water on my carpet because I was too weak to lift the 5-gallon jug. It takes a good while for the cold water to get cold, but the hot water gets super hot (great for teas). With the first half of the jug, the water tasted pretty disgusting because obviously it's new and the inner parts are made of plastic. But once you get past that ugly stage, the water is perfect. Overall, it's an awesome water dispenser, will look great in your home.

Is a good water dispenser I drink a lot more water because before I was only drinking water bottles and now a 5 gallons bottle takes me a week to drink it and cheaper that be buying packages of 24 or 40 bottles
