I think so - the seat slides forward and backward on its support and the support itself can be raised and lowered. That said, at 76” myself, I may not be the best person to answer your question. :) However, I would say that anybody much taller than me might have a problem with their knees hitting the handlebar when riding - I have the handlebar tilted forward as much as it will go and my knees are close when I pedal. I’ve just received mine and put it together this week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The seat upright measurements adjust range is from a low of 27.28” to the highest position at 39.92" This measurement is from the top of the seat to the lowest pedal rotation. Please allow additional length for the knee to bent some.
