I started using exercise bikes about 20 years ago, and have worn out 4 bikes, as I ride on average 6 days a week. I've had good service from Pro-Form except from the last one which as replaced under warranty. I got a recumbent Pro-Form instead of another up right. The bike was fine it just didn't work for me. Set up is easy on this bike they recommend two people but isn't necessary. I haven't had it for to long but everything seems to work fine except the blood pressure monitor, which I'm sure they will take care of as soon as I contact them. Two caveats, which no one in the exercise bike industry has addressed, if you have wide feet like mine, 4E, they'll hit the pedal crank arm covers precluding wearing any kind of foot protection. I can only wear a heavy pair of socks and then my heel sort of slides off the side of the cover for the crank arm. They make pedal extenders for road bikes but not in the thread size needed, Metric vs SAE. I'm using the bike and looking for the solution. The other issue is the seat is a torture device, I built an adapter and put a road bike seat on it. problem solved. Overall the bike is well built and from past experience with this brand should be dependable.

so far so good. Exceeded my expectation. This machine is more advance than I thought considering the price is half of what other bikes cost. Ifit builds in is a nice additional feature. Warning! this unit is much higher than a typical stationary bike, so measure your place before making the purchase

I have owned the bike for 2 weeks. Very solid frame so no worries of welds breaking. Very quite & smooth in operation. Good seat cushion. You can by pass iFit if you do not want the service and use manual mode and the pre-programmed training programs. Overall good value and a great sale price at BB. Only drawback is the pulse tracking is not accurate due to the grips, but you can option for a chest or arm HRM strap and link to the bike via bluetooth.

Although I no longer have this bike, I enjoyed it while I did. You do get a work out.

Very nice product my boyfriend loves it the seat is a bit hard to start but ur body adjust or you can buy a cushion.

Install needs two people and two hours. More complicated than it looks. Usability is really intuitive for the bike. It does work without the bluetooth and subscription on your phone. So that fifteen dollars a month isn't required, it's just a nice break from staring at the speed every second. However, the app is on the terrible side. And on a browser has no usability. It often signs me out. There isn't a great way to see previous performances. Really difficult to navigate. Also the bike has a tiny wobble at high speeds that I can't figure out because it's perfectly even when I'm off the bike. Nothing can be perfect. But it's a really really good bike. Better than ones at normal gyms, same brand too. Just newer. Check out the app before buying the bike.

Well built for the price - only complaint is that for taller people such as myself (6’4”) it would be nice if the handle bars tilted forward just an inch or two more to provide a little more knee room when pedaling - have not yet decided whether I will keep the iFit program

I wanted so badly to LOVE this product, especially considering that I was able to purchase while it was on sale. Unfortunately, there's just too many small frustrations that compound for this purchase. 1) the seat is NOT comfortable - which considering how much it brags on the seat comfortability - is truly disappointing. 2) I just wanted an easy way of exporting my distance biked from the ProForm TO my Strava app. I've read multiple online 'help forums' and the buttons on the Proform app that should be there to export - aren't. 3) Also, I don't understand why anyone would pay $15 a month for a subscription service... 4) Pieces of the bike were missing that took way too much work to have sent to me

Wow! I'm glad I made this purchase. I built the bike in about 2 hours (by myself). This is a great smart bike! I did my first workout last night. I'm taking advantage of the 30 day free iFit membership (optional ..bike can still work on manuel with its own programs). It was a smooth and comfortable ride! I would definitely recommend :)

We're extremely satisfied with this exercise bike. It was easy to assemble, and the instructions were very simple to follow. The quality is excellent, and we definitely recommend this product.

I like the bike a lot however, the ifit membership was only for a month that is not happy moment. Overall great bike.

This indoor bike performs as good as any in the gym. Comfortable and a great work out. I highly suggest home instillation.

Sturdy piece of equipment. The seat is a bit uncomfortable but thats no reason to lower the stars. Easy to assemble.

This bike has been a horrible purchase, so far. The handles are way too close to the seat, which is enough reason not to buy this bike. The real kicker is, on the 2nd day of use the bike stopped working. I used it 20 minutes the 1st day, 10 minutes into riding on the 2nd day the pedals abruptly lost all tension. I contacted the company, they sent bike ⁵parts to me for a technician to fix the bike. I've had the parts for 2 weeks and the technician has not responded to my emails or the company's emails. Im calling both the company and the technician later today check the status. Im not saying don't buy from pro form but i am saying do not buy this bike.

The bike is solid and good quality. Im 6ft 1inch. My legs hit under the handle bars and the height is not adjustable. I'm guessing here but if you're over 5ft 9inch. This maybe to shprt for you.
