“I read that it comes with one year of iFit but I just purchased and got my bike today February 13th and after we unpacked it and assembled it the only thing we got was a 30 day trial card, is there something I have to do to get the one year of iFit ?”

I just got off the phone with iFit and they were able to set me up with a 1-year trial iFit Family membership, which is authorized for these Carbon CX bikes from Best Buy. No special treatment involved. The customer service phone is (866) 608-1798 or it looks like you can text HELP to 97836. It's annoying there's no card in the box with a code, but at least it works!
