The likes way out weigh the 2 not likes. The price is fair for what you get. It was easy to put together, feels sturdy and durable. The ergonomics of shape, size and how it operates is great. I did get an padded seat cover for more comfort. The 2 things that I do not like are the display controls for the speed, time, resistance. It is under where you out your table/Ipad so every time you want to adjust your resistance on a ride , which is frequently, you have to move your ipad. The resistance knob should be on the frame for ease of use. I nearly brought it back based on that issue, but the overall bike is worth keeping. The 2nd negative is there is a free 30 days IFIT membership. I signed in and was lucky enough to do 2 rides and then all the rides/workouts were locked. I could not even get into the 2 rides that I had done . Upgrade pop ups showed up. Would take me 15 min to even get into the app and then l couldn't use it. Uninstalled IFIT and went with Peloton app for rides.

This indoor cycle is great. Nice, quiet, and smooth. I bought this to use at my own pace. As for the ifit not really interested in using it. I just need it while I working from home. I have to agree the seat is not comfortable which leaves the last star off for me. I’ll have to get a cushion to get comfortable. Putting the cycle together was simple with the help of my daughter. It’s faster with 2 people. The cycle came out nice. I enjoy the product. Time to get back on it.

We bought this bike because we didn’t want to spend several thousand on a premium spinning bike plus monthly online ‘classes.’ We already have a Pro-Form treadmill with iFit membership, so this bike was a great option where I can use my own iPad. I’ve only done a few ‘classes’ and actually use it mainly while watching TV. We did buy a gel seat pad to make the ride more comfortable. I’m a big guy and am impressed with how sturdy the bike is. I was able to put it together by myself, but it would have gone smoother with a helper.

Was delivered as scheduled. Packaging was good. The instructions provided were clear and helped with the bike setup. Setup was easy and could do by my self. Will have to change the seat or will add an extra padded cover. The seat that came along with the bike is too hard

Excellent bike. Pairs with my ipad well for the iFit program. The seat was too thin, but an easy fix. Resistance work great. No complaints after a month of use.

With the combination of gyms being shutdown and having multiple children at home, I’ve been struggling to stay as active as I’d like. And once the gyms opened back up, the ones around me didn’t have childcare! Having home gym equipment was the only was I was going to be able to make it work. I chose this spin bike because it had an affordable price tag compared to so many other models (*cough Peloton) but still had favorable reviews. I was sent this bike in exchange for providing an unbiased review of my experience using it. It was super simple to assemble. The included directions were concise and correct, which can actually be hard to come by. It didn’t take more that half an hour to put together with the included tools. Once assembled, the bike is still lightweight enough that you can tilt it up and push or pull it on the attached wheels to put it in the desired position. Despite the weight, it’s solid and doesn’t feel cheaply made. Your bottom will need time to adjust to the seat, but I’ve found that to be true anytime I’m not regularly riding a bike. Those parts just don’t get used daily otherwise. It’s easy to adjust the tension and the only thing you need to start the bike up is 3 AA batteries to power the console. iFit has been a really enjoyable feature too, so make sure to check that out!

I had this bike for less than a year. Almost immediately it started clicking. ProForm sent me a part I had no way of installing myself. Now, the pedal snapped off. I’m big but not that big. Cheap price. Cheap make.

Its damged. Rusted, dents, scratches. It just arrived 10 min ago and for all that money its spent…returning.

We were able to set this bike up in about 30 minutes with the easy and simple instructions included. We also watched a how to assemble video found on youtube. This bike has been very easy to use, it is very quiet and a smooth ride. I love the fact that it also has two 3-Pound weights so I can do some cross-training workouts, and with the ability to use my own phone or tablet for the iFIT program I can use iFIT easily for other workouts, other than just while on the bike, using the shelf on the adjustable screen console. This bike is compatible for many users, the seat is adjustable up and down or forward and back and the handlebars are also adjustable forward and back. I find it a great option, for beginners like myself, but also something my husband (who is more of an advanced rider) can use as well. This bike has been great for me, it is compact, quiet and easy to move around with the wheels attached to the front - couldn’t be more convenient for our small home. The Pro-Form CX provides a great workout. Assembly is easy. Seat and handle bars are adjustable to your height and reach. Display allows for increase and decrease of resistance during workout. No need to stop and adjust. There is a holder under seat to hold barbells for additional workout. Display also gives you speed, calories burned, miles you have traveled and time length of workout. Pedals have adjustable straps to allow most feet size to stay on pedals during workout. If you desire display will connect via bluetooth to phone so u can view IFIT workout videos that you can follow to get your desired results from workout. I was very fortunate to be able to work from home during the pandemic, but that also meant that I was not moving even close to as much as I used to. I get bored with treadmills, so my best friend suggested I try a spin bike. I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. The first thing that I love about this bike is the size. I live in an apartment, so I need to conserve all the room I can, especially with all my office equipment now here too. This bike doesn't take up much room at all! I actually had the decision to put it in my dining room, OR my home office, and it would be out of the way in both places! If I change my mind, it will be easy to move to my office. However, just because it is easy to move, doesn't mean it's flimsy by any means. This bike is very sturdy, no rocking, no tilting, nothing! I am not afraid that I am going to fall off of it at all. I love that I can do the IFit classes because it has a little shelf for my Ipad. It fits perfectly, and is not loose. I will say that I had to take off my Ipad case because that made my Ipad too wide to fit. You will get a good workout with this bike, and I recommend putting a towel where you can reach it. Maybe it's just me, but I hate touching my Ipad when my hands are sweaty from working out. I have had this bike for 3 weeks, and my legs and butt are still getting used to the seat. I am going to give it one more week, and then buy a more cushioned seat if need be.

Hit a GOLD MINE with the ProForm spin bike! This is exactly what I've been looking for to add to our home gym. When I got the opportunity to purchase it at a discounted price for my feedback, I had to do it! Assembly of the bike took less than an hour by myself. I was so excited that when the bike arrived I immediately got to work on putting it together. There were a couple of steps that would have been easier to complete had there been a second set of hands, but I was able to complete the assembly. The instruction manual is clear and anyone who has put anything together from an instruction manual should not have any problems. The manual shows that a rubber mallet is one of the tools needed, but I did not need one for any of the steps. If you don't have one you should not need to go buy one to complete assembly. I appreciate the ease of adjusting the seat and handlebar heights settings. The ride is sturdy and smooth. When I was considering this purchase I struggled with the idea of the perfect seat for my backside, so I plan to purchase some padded biking shorts to help with comfort until I have adjusted to this bike. This spin bike has been a blessing after my physical therapist recommended this activity to strengthen my muscles that support my arthritic knees after having VSG earlier this year. I have enjoyed being able to blow off some steam and exercise in the comfort of my home. The 3lb weights that are included compliment my routine nicely. With having the iFIT app takes exercising to a whole new experience that I love!!!

I’ve gained a few pounds this past year and needed something to help me get back into shape from the comfort of my own home. The spin bike is perfect for me as a stay at home mom because I get the gym experience without having to leave my home. The ifit app is fun. The instructors are very engaging and the keep me motivated to stay the entire class. The only complaint I have is that the seat was very hard. I replaced it with a gel cushioned seat and I can ride longer now. Everything else operates as it is designed to. The pedals are designed to be used with shoes and can be uncomfortable without them. Both the seat and handlebars are adjustable. I’m pretty tall and there’s a couple notches higher I can raise the seat so it’s suitable for all heights. It’s a great starter, basic riding bike. I am so happy with my bike! Very smooth and quiet ride! It is so much quieter than I ever thought it could be! I love the IFIT instructors and the workouts we complete! Everyone in my house enjoys riding it. My kids don't even realize they are exercising or getting some of their energy out lol! The only downside of the bike is the seat! Do yourself a favor and get yourself a better seat. You can thank me later. I was given a discounted price for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I've used it about 20 days now and it is still working great, noise level is almost nonexistent, and it's easy to move around the house.  It worked pretty seamlessly and was easy to assemble. The exercise bike with dumbbells is very convenient ad east to use. I've had multiple great workouts on it and everyone in the family has also enjoyed using the exercise bike. The assembly was simple to complete and quick. The seat is narrow, hard and a bit uncomfortable o I would recommend buying another bicycle seat to use instead. I was given a reduction in price in exchange for my honest feedback.

This bike is super easy to assemble and use. I struggle with maintaining activity levels during the cold winter months and this bike is the answer for sure!! Bike is easy to set up but the bike seat could be softer for linger session rides

I recently had a baby and with a newborn it’s quite tough to get back into a workout schedule or go to a gym. After much research I decided to go for this spin bike. This bike is perfect home exercise equipment which takes very less space and is excellent to get those calories burning. I love the fact that along with exercise I can catch some of my favorite series as it has a place to hold the iPad. It’s very easy to assemble the bike and no extra tools needed. Love that you can use your regular shoes and dont need to spend extra on special shoes. It also comes with one month free iFit subscription . I bought this bike at a discounted price to provide my honest opinion. Also, The bike is steady and sturdy. The handle bar design provides me the flexibility to cycle both while standing or in sitting position . I love the fact that it comes along with a set of 3 pound dumbbells which can be placed right behind the seat. It gives me quick and easy access to the dumbbells. Recommend

This bike makes working out fun! I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion. I am very impressed with the quality of this bike. The wheels are convenient for easily moving around the house. The seat and handlebars are easily adjustable to fit the rider just right. The weights are right there and convenient to use when you want to add a little more to your workout. The stand is super convenient to put your phone or tablet on for joining in a workout or to watch your favorite show while working out. The only part I would change is the seat. I am not sure that I have ever found a super comfortable bike seat, but adding a seat pad has definitely helped my rear during my workouts!
