Mae The biggest challenge with assembling any exercise equipment is the heavy-duty materials and weight. This elliptical weighs about 200 lbs all together. To simplify the process, detailed instructions for assembly can be found in the user manual as well as the free app called BILT, where you can find 3D steps to assemble this equipment.
