• Obvious answer is that this depends upon your ceiling height, your height, and if you want to run at the up to 10 degrees of incline. At 0 incline, our treadmill is less than 8 inches high.

• The step up height at minimum / flat / 0% incline is 7.3 inches. At full 10% incline the step up height is 12.6 inches -- ie the users head will move up a little more than five inches as compared to minimum incline.
