Some steps in the assembly process will need to be held by one person while the other attaches wires or screws parts together. • You could assemble this solo, but much more easily with help at the end. It took me about two hours start to finish, mostly by myself. The final step of assembly involves holding the tread up while installing the locking kick stand. That part takes a few minutes and would be challenging without someone to keep it balanced. I considered more expensive models but am impressed with this one so far
