Eva Thank you for your interest in our treadmills! Our Carbon TL Treadmill does not feature onboard workouts, it can connect to the iFIT system which provides thousands of various workouts or it can be used in the manual mode. iFIT does have various free workouts that can be used without a paid membership. Our Carbon TL Treadmill and our Sport 6.0 Treadmill are very similar when comparing the motor and features. The main differences are the appearance of the units as well as the size. The product footprint of our Carbon TL Treadmill is 73” L x 35.24” W x 64.39” H with a step-up height (the height of the deck from the floor) of 7.30” where our Sport 6.0 Treadmill footprint is 73” L x 35.2” W x 57.5” H with a step-up height of 8.10”.
