Isld The specifications described on page 17 indicate that the suppressor must have UL 1449 listed as a transient voltage surge suppressor (TVSS). Keep in mind the UL suppressed rating can be less than 400 volts. This is the maximum number. Also as you look for a suppressor, 450 joules is the minimum surge dissipation required. If this number is higher, this is good. 120 volts AC and 15 amps is pretty standard for surge protectors. A suppressor meeting these requirements can be found on Amazon, or at your local hardware store.
