Mine works flawlessly. A must have in my opinion. Haven’t had any issues.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its good for long gaming hour, feels very good on your head .But the battery dains with the headset and When the battery gets to 0 the headset has 20 prescent left. Thats all.

Please try again later.Perhaps however there is no stated warranty, NONE, on best buy website for the battery headstrap, there is a 1 year warranty for the one without a battery! No doubt it is due to the defective battery system! No parts OR labor warranty; “not provided” is there text I wont buy anything without a warranty Dave
