Please try again later.I think that you would need to open the game and then resell it to them as a used game. unless the game is stated on the receipt as a different purchase and not a bundle, then you probably might be able to get the value of the game back. and thats if the date on the receipt has not passed the date for returns. hope this helps.

You can talk to the customer service desk and they can probably order it for you. If not I would call best buy customer support and see if you can get it shipped I really like the rachet and clank game.
