Can the storage be upgraded? null

Absolutely. The base model comes with two slots for SSDs one being occupied by the boot drive. The RAM can be upgraded as well. For expanding the storage, I'd go with the Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSDs.

This new Razer Blade 15" (2020) Base Model has another M.2 slot. Not all Razer Blade 15 models can be upgraded.
