• Yep, as is any laptop or desktop that runs Windows 10. I wouldn't recommend it, but it can be upgraded.

• Yes it will be! Imagine the crap OS that wouldn't support the newest i7! Whats sad is the clown that said they work for Intel and answered "no" to this question.
