• No, These don't connect to the controller. I don't know if it'll work with Xbox or not, I'm just letting you know that its USB, not 3.5mm jack or 2.5mm or whatever the Xbox is.

• This product runs off of a usb. Works on ps4 I don't see why Xbox would be any different.

• No, though they do advertise them as being compatible, so maybe they have built in software to just plug in the usb stick into the Xbox itslef.
