Hands down best wireless headset I’ve owned. I’ve owned a lot of wireless gaming or otherwise headsets, as well as analogue brand name headsets. I can’t recommend this enough. The plush headphone padding to the battery life, and the range of the sound from source should be the selling points that I need to tell you, they are so good. Replaceable padding on the ear cups. The audio quality is only lacking in the midrange, but that’s Not the point of gaming. They cancel outside noise very very well. In game immersion is flawlessly achieved if that’s what you want. Battery life never fails me unless i neglect to charge them at night. Yes they last all dang day. They say 7 days, but a hard core gamer would use them for 25-28 hours and that’s probably be when they finally die. No joke. And I should mention if you only use the usb to plug in it’s fine, but to achieve farther distance wirelessly use the included usb extender/hub.

Incompatibility with Skype and headband problems

Cons:
- The wireless headset is incompatible with Skype/Lync. Audio works, but no microphone. Apparently Razer is trying to fix this, but nothing so far.
- Hardwear - after 6 months of normal use, the top cushion broke off the frame on one side. Very uncomfortable to wear. I've submitted a warranty claim, looks like they will honor it, we'll see.
Pros:
- The ear muffs are comfortable and not hot. Sound is great. I really like the software interface.

Wanted a solid pair of wireless headphones for gaming and also so I could lay back and watch a movie from across the room.
I am very happy with these ManoWars! The worst thing I can say is that when completely across the room in the opposite corner they sometimes drop out, but it's not often and they usually reconnect quickly.
The ear cups are very comfortable for long gaming sessions, they can get a little warm (and I do mean just a little).
Neither of these things are enough to even drop them a star in my opinion.
Battery life is decent with the chroma lighting on, but turned off they seem to last forever!
My next purchase is goi g to be a keyboard and after these headphones I'll probably go Razer again for that.

The Razer Man O'War 7.1 is a comfortable headset with good sound quality. I can listen to music throughout my most of my apartment, so the range is as they claim (just don't put too many brick walls in the way). My one disappointment is the lack of wireless charging and/or a dock for the headphones. To charge, you need to connect a USB cable. On the plus side, you can still use the headphones while charging, but then you're tethered to your seat. The battery seems to last me around 9 to 10 hours, but your mileage may vary.

You can really notice the directionality of the sound you're hearing. Calibration fine tunes it but default was also good out of the box. For once, razer synapse wasn't that bad to work with. Build quality is nice, drivers have great range. Lows are robust, some of the best I've heard from a gaming headset. Mids and highs are good. Mic is retractable and charging is fast. Battery lasts a while. Clasp is firm, but super comfy. I've left them on for 4 hours straight with no discomfort. Don't hesitate to buy these, I've tried so many, including steel series(more expensive) and this has surpassed all of them.

Purchased it at a discounted price of $109.99
Pro's: Great sound Quality and decent bass
Wireless
Chroma lighting if your into that
Mic can be pushed inside semi flush
Mostly comfortable for hours of gaming
Mic Quality is pretty clear
Con's: Kind of pricey
Headband feels cheap and also read reviews from people saying
it broke on them, so i'm kind of scared about them breaking.
Not sure if its a con but mic is really sensitive and can usually pick up background noise.
Overall would recommend getting them on sale at a discounted price. Mostly satisfied with my purchase.

The Man O War is a beast of a headset for the price. Great quality and premium sound. The headset says it’s compatible with the PS4 which it is but I highly recommend you get something else if you’re looking for a PS4 headset. For starters it’s only stereo on the PS4 and the volume is very low. I’ve tried everything including contacting razor themselves to find out how to increase the volume on the PS4 but no dice. But on the PC this headset really shines. Amazing 7.1 virtual surround sound. Good amount of bass and the mic works great. For how big this headset is, it is extremely light. The razor synapsis software that comes with it is extremely intuitive and you can make a lot of adjustments to suit your style. I’ve owned a lot of headsets in my time but for $120 it’s probably the best wireless headset available at that price point. Wired is probably always going to be better but this headset is an absolute diamond in the rough

With this being completely wireless, it allows you to move around the house, do household chores and game on the PC and PS4. I have yet to see if this will work on XBOX ONE X but I am not confident. They are extremely comfy and work with my GUNNAR glasses as well without pinching my ears unless it is for an extremely long time for a gaming session (6 hours +) but at that point you'll get up and do something and then come back and it won't hurt anymore. Overall, the sound quality is completely worth it and they charge with a cable that can go to your PC, but also hang from a stand or holder with ease.

These headphones are great this is the first wireless headphones I have ever owned. The battery is extremely long lasting I have never had them die while gaming when ever I get done playing I just charge them when I get done. The sound quality is amazing! The software is extremely good you can change almost every little thing you could ever want. The bass is really strong if u are a bass head you will love these. The only thing I could possibly complain about is sometimes when your turn them off and turn them back on the lifts won't be the same color that it was before you turned it off and the headphones won't change color until u restart your PC idk if mine is weird or something. The range is pretty good I can walk from my setup to my kitchen which is about 30-40 feet away.

I am an elite member to Best Buy so I get a 45 day return on my stuff and I use it to the day. I was really skeptical when I purchased these after bringing back several others that wee more expensive and less expensive and I really wasn't a fan of Razer BUT NOW I AM! Let me tell you.. I went through a lot of headphones to get an idea and by far this one is one of the best. For me it was a must to use ps4 and PC headphones. What makes this one the best is the weight, comfort after long hours, really good sound and the battery lasts a long time, mic is perfect. This hits the bar for an excellent all around great headphones you will wish you had sooner.
Here's the negative things and I don't even think they are because it would be with most all others. it doesn't have 5.1 or 7.1 ssound for PS4 but that's because I was 'renting' the sony HP's and it's built for ps4 and the sound is AMAZING and I really miss it but the HP's got heavy and it was klunky. One of the other negatives is it might appear to be flimsy but they've gone through a lot and are in perfect condition after about 2 months or so. That's about it for the negative for me, others might say something else but I'd be hardpressed to make an argument past those aformentioned and these headphones are 5.1 on PC but I haven't played PC game yet, still on ps4.
If you're looking for durable, great sound/mic and really long range and battery life, light weaight for us pencilnecks and plays on ps4 and pc with a boondoggle this is for you. I'm surprised it's from Razer since I was not a fan of their overtweaked mice/kb. This is simple and just truly perfect and I am picky mofo.

Overall really happy with purchase. This is the second one I've purchased. Husband liked mine and wanted one for himself. He seems to be happy with it as well.
The headset is really comfortable and holds a charge for a long time.
The sound seems good to me, but I'm not really an expert in that area and don't know if I'd know the difference between it and higher-end headphones.
The mic seems to do the job well for its intended purpose; voice chat. Again, I'm not an expert in the sound area so I don't know if it holds up for people looking to make really high-quality recordings.
My only complaint is, I think, a software one. When the USB dongle is inserted, Windows recognizes the headphones and makes them the default output device which is great, but it does this regardless of whether or not the headphones are powered on. This can be a minor inconvenience when you want to switch to or from speakers mid-game as I've had to quit the game and manually change the output and then go back into the game. I wish razer's software would recognize when the headphones are powered on and automatically switch to it like when you plug wired headphones into an audio jack.

Love this head set. have razor mouse and keyboard and I thought lets give the wireless man O war a shot. I currently have a $300 set of wireless Steel Series wireless H which I have enjoyed but never quite had the bass and volume I wanted. Never got loud enough. I was very surprised with these. Wireless simulation is awesome and will have you set up yourself. Battery life is great and so is wireless signal quality with zero issues. Love the presets for sound as well and how it integrates with my other razer products. If you want an amazing PC gaming wireless headset, get this one

I've had this wireless headset for about 2 months now, and while it looks a bit big, I forget sometimes that I'm wearing it. I wear it for 8-10 hours at a time and the sound quality is great. The Synapse software is nice to disable/enable the LED lights on the sides and also to monitor the battery to let you know when you have to charge it (usually every 2-3 days of constant use, but maybe once a week for normal use).
The retractable microphone is extremely flexible and convenient - it's really sensitive but the controls on the sensitivity are really nice. Same goes with the volume control - both can raise & lower the volume; press the knob and mute/unmute.
Large ear cushions make extended use a breeze.
Highly recommended for everyone who does any of the following:
1) Plays games
2) Watches movies
3) Listens to music
4) Talks to friends and family online

I originally had the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 that I liked but I wanted wireless so I traded them in for these. They are pretty close but the mic on the Kraken 7.1 v2 is a bit better (ok the headband is WAY better too). These don't have the automatic noise cancellation that the kraken 7.1 v2 has. Also the side tone has white noise at fairly low volume where the kraken 7.1 v2 didn't have any even turned all the way up.
These have a beefed up headband support vs the earlier ones that came out but word is that it'll still break after 4 months so I grabbed the geeksquad protection. I also own the Logitech G633, SteelSeries Arctis 7, and the HyperX Cloud Core. Out of the lot I think that the Logitech G633 has the best positional audio but terrible mic. The Cloud Core is best for music, the Arctis 7 is built like a tank and has crazy good wireless range but a meh mic. The Man O'War has the best mic with decent surround surround sound. You can customize what programs to use 7.1 and 2.0. For example group chat and music sounds best as normal stereo (2.0) and games at surround sound (7.1). Say you want to listen to music and chat while you game so in the Synapse software mixer tab you set Discord and your web browser to use 2.0 and your game to use 7.1. Everything sounds great. All my other headphones don't do this, the surround sound is either on or off.
These sound pretty good, but they are a little too bassy for my taste but it's easy to set the EQ how you like it. They do get a little warm but not to the point of distracting me during long gaming sessions (5+ hours). I do a lot of group chat while playing and these have the best microphone for it out of the bunch. I also have a more expensive studio setup with a dynamic mic and headphones, and this headset is close enough combined with the added benefit of being able to get up and do things while waiting for a game to start is wonderful. I haven't used my studio setup in several weeks. It's too bad that it doesn't have extra features that pretty much every other headphone has such as listening to multiple audio sources at the same time, but it's really not anything that I really care about, but I would take that over RGB that I turn off as I'd rather have longer battery life.
Overall: This headset has an amazing mic, good surround sound, and software that adds a lot of customization. Just get geeksquad protection because i doubt the headband will survive long.

I love having a wireless headset for gaming and general use on the computer. It allows me to easily get up and move around and avoid cable tangling nightmares. It seems to have a great battery and works through several multi hour game sessions across several days as long as you turn the headset off when you are done. If you do drain the battery you can use it while plugged in without any trouble. The sound quality is great. The range is good and it works from about 2 rooms away.
The only problem I have had is that the red mute light ring on the mic seems to come on randomly even though the mic isn't muted. This doesn't seem to affect the functionality though and the mic still works/mutes normally.

The sound is very good, the comfort is also quite good, I wear them usually about 4 hours at a time. the biggest problem is if you have nothing going through the speaker part the headphones will shut off to save the battery. I at times shut off videos or will be talking to someone who types back so there will be no noise and they will shut off. It would be great if you can turn off the battery saver mode, I end up leaving music on in the headphones almost off but enough to keep them running. The battery holds a good charge and I have never run out of power if I charge them each night.

The Razer Man O War Wireless is The best headset I have ever owned! The sound is amazing, and comfort level is wonderful. Especially after buying the special cooling gel oval ear cups. The battery life is outstanding! I switched from a set of the PlayStation Gold Wireless, and their battery was around 6 hours full to completely dead. These ones, I have yet to actually kill them. One Saturday I got up at 7 and played games, watched movies and listened to music, until I got off at midnight. If you charge them on Sunday night, I have been able to used them a couple hours a night all week until Friday, when I full charge in case I get a full Saturday gaming again.
Overall, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend these to anyone that has the money for them!!

These have better sound than Logitech wireless 930 and even the Razer Kraken Pro Wired pair I also have. The ear cups swivel in a way which can be awkward putting on and make me worried I will break them if not careful but are comfortable while wearing them. My major complaint is the top band. It needs more padding! I have temporarily made a little stuffed pad to insert under that top band so it doesn't hurt my head and may use some velcro to attach it to the existing little pad on the band so it stays in place. The Wide top band (not sure why they made it this way) has a tendency to slide forward and put a dent in the top of your head after wearing for a while which hurts. These appear to have enough width with over an inch of vertical adjustment to play with for a larger head. I consider my head to be of average size. I find them heavier and somehow feel bulkier than the logitech I used to have but the range appears to be about the same. I was hoping for a little better range with these after reading other reviews. I also would be happy if there was adjustment to how soon it shuts down upon not hearing sound. While a great feature so the battery doesn't die too soon I'm finding it annoying that it shuts off so soon. I'm in and out of sound producing applications and keep finding it off. Since these can also be used plugged in It would be nice to have a feature to turn off the auto shut off feature or at least suspend it for periods of time.

I would love to give this item 5 stars but my only complaint is the top of the headset where the cushion is attached...it is held by 6 pieces that are extremely fragile and broke on me after only 3 months of use other than that black tie warranty replaced it but that's it's only flaw...can go for up to 14 hours of use without needing a recharge on the battery comfort is great sound is amazing
