Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the excellent sound quality, comfortable fit, and impressive battery life of the ManO'War Wireless 7.1 Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the wireless functionality and strong bass response, although some found the headset's size and headband durability to be problematic. A few users experienced compatibility issues, particularly with the Xbox. The price point was also a factor for some customers.

Very comfortable and works well on Mac. Had to go through a couple other headsets to find one that worked as well as this one but I'm very pleased with it's Mac OS X compatibility. Sound and mic quality are great and the simulated surround sound software options are helpful in dialing this headset in.

I really like this over the Logitech G930 headset I replaced. This one sounds great and keeps out background noise.

    Solid Wireless Headset

I purchase this headset mainly for comfort and audio performance for gaming only. So far as I've have used it for about a month I can say it outputs surround sound within games such as Counter Strike GO very well and has a very good plush ear cups. I had watched a review before buying the headset and was still on the fence if i wanted it. But Razer now offers a non wireless version for cheaper which is a plus if anyone is worried about wireless interference. However, wireless interference was my main concern after buying this as i have my router right next to me and the headset and router both use the 2.4GHz band. I did not see any issues or cut outs as I had with the Logitech G930. Loving the headset so far!

Very comfortable for extended use.I useually wear them for 2-3 hours at a time. Wireless connectivity is very solid,No disconnects even when i leave the room. It comes with an extension hub, but i have not needed to use it. Razer 7.1 surround works really well. Microphone picks up my voice very clear and natural.

I think this headset is super great. It goes farther than I expected, but that's natural because of the wireless 2.4ghz. It stays crystal clear and just beeps a little bit when you're going too far from your little wifi dongle. I wish there was a mute button, but other than that, it's pretty awesome.

Had wired Razer headphones that were great, but I accidentally rolled on the wire and it ripped from the headphones. Was very happy with the original, so decided to go the wireless route this time. Same great quality and sound without the hassle of wires! Awesome purchase!

I have pretty much all razer products and I figured as fancy as this headset was it would be worth the money, but I was wrong. It’s pretty comfy which is a plus, but has the same quality sound and wireless range as cheaper products.

The RGB works great, and looks good. Also works with razer synapse to work with mouse and keyboard. The sound through the headphones is also very clear, and the mic on the headphones inputs clear sound as well. Comfort is 10/10

Long Term Owner - Now replacing

I've owned this headset for 2 years now and I have used a lot of wireless gaming headsets in the last 10 years. First of all: I really liked this headset, for a long time. The sound quality is good, I can hear all the footsteps which is nice. I also like that instead of having to flip the mic up I can just hit a button on the side of my headset to turn off the mic. Mic quality is decent too comparative to other headset mics. I stream, it comes in pretty well too. As far as premium wireless headsets I'd overall say this was an okay headset. I think I'm currently running into the "normal" wireless issues. Now that it has been 2 years I find that most the time I have to keep my headset plugged in for fear that I won't have enough battery. The wireless range on it is not as good as a pair of Logitechs I had prior to these. Now the issue I'm running into as well is even if the headset is plugged in it will just randomly turn off on me and refuse to turn back on. As far as long term wear or if you are wearing it when it is warm out they can be pretty hot and heavy causing some really cool ear sweat. I am now replacing this headset with a wired headset by Astro. This was the "most okay" headset I've had to date. I don't hate them, but I wouldn't say they were everything and more. I have to replace them after 2 years to the date, but the last 2 years have been good ones.

Battery life is pretty good. If you forget to charge overnight though don't plan on using them for longer than a couple of hours. Also, the ear muffs hang up on my whiskers and leave black flakes on my face and head. I have had these for about 2 years and they broke. They are just no longer connecting to bluetooth. They were okay but not sure it's worth the price Razer charges for them. Never had a cheap set to compare to.
