What the difference between 350$ and the 400$? null

They discount $50 to activate with purchase.

There is no difference in regards to the phone. Best Buy offers a discount if you activate the phone in the store.

One is a contact phone through a telecommunications carrier like Verizon and the other one is unlocked.Both are the same as far as functionality. Great phone and the 120hz display as well as the front facing speakers are awesome!

For $350 you get imprisoned with a carrier. For $400 you're free
