The problem might be related to your TV settings. There are usually setup menu options where you are able to direct your TV to scan for digital channels, analog channels, or both, or whether you are using an antenna or are connected to a cable. It depends on your TV. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.we are not hooked up to anything else and we get a lot of channels and they are very clear
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. On my HDTV there is analog and also digital and when did the SCAN Antenna picked up all the changes without any problem. Look at what selections your TV gives you to auto scan and select appropriate that would pick up the digital. I think wrong selection made. out of 36 channels I only had one that was far away and weak and blurry from time to time but was digital. ' Good Luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am guessing you need to make sure the channel search you perform on your TV is actually using the input this antenna is attached to. I plugged it in, did an auto channel program from the input I was using, and it gave me more channels that I expected or wanted. I had to go through and delete channels that I knew I'd never watch. Every channel I get now is HD, clear, and perfect. If this isn't the issue, then try putting the antenna in a window. I had to tuck the actual antennas between my blinds and the window, but it works perfectly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you have a HD TV capable of picking up 1080p signals.
